When the Going Gets Tough, The Tough Keep Standing.

Gert Boyle, the founder of Columbia once said, “We don’t make humans. But we do make them tougher.”

The Columbia Last Man Standing 2022 is a competition that requires mental resolve, physical endurance, but most of all, unwavering grit. The ultimate test of toughness, participants are made to stand on a three-foot wooden pillar for the longest time possible. This may seem hard enough when you are competing against the 32 toughest challengers in the country, but it gets even harder. When a period of time passes, a new challenge is introduced, intensifying the strain put on them. Rewards will also be offered periodically in exchange for the participant to quit the game and leave his post. The last man (or woman) standing wins.
