Do The Plank Fitness Test

2 years ago I can barely hold a 1-minute plank, yesterday I decided to test it again, amazed that I was able to hold it now for 4+ minutes!

Core training with both Coach Leandro and Migie really at 360 Fitness Fort helped me improve the control and endurance of my back/core stabilizing muscles.

A plank test is a simple fitness test to measures the control and endurance of your back/core stabilizing muscles. According to studies, on average a person should be able to hold a plank for about 2 minutes.
