Our normal perception of CrossFit has always been a sport for the young, strong and agile. Well today 80-Year-Old Constance Tillit proved us wrong by losing 50lbs when she dedicated herself to the exercise after her husband passed away.

Her advice? Get up and do it! Stop the Whining, Stop with the “Oh, you have to take care of me.” and start taking care of yourself!
Tillit proved to us that no matter the age, as long as you dedicate yourself to a fitness regimen, amazing things will happen. So get out of that couch and start taking care of yourself!
