Registration fee:
Php 450/per player inclusive of tournament shirt, court fees and shuttlecocks. Second entry is Php250. Players are allowed a maximum of three entries.

Age groups:
8 years and under – born after December 31, 2000
10 years and under-  born after  December 31,1998
12 years and under-  born after December 31, 1996
14 years and under-  born after December 31, 1994
16 years and under-  born after December 31, 1992
Note: Players should submit a birth certificate for confirmation of age group.

Boys’ Doubles and Girls’ Doubles: 8 under (one skill level only)
10 under, 12 under, 14 under, 16 under (intermediate and advanced)
Boys’ Singles and Girls’ Singles: 10 under, 12 under, 14 under, 16 under (one skill level only)
Mixed Doubles: 10 under, 12 under, 14 under, 16 under (one skill level only)

Prizes:
Medals will be awarded to the champions and runners-up.
