My Top 5 Fitness Groups in Manila

3052

Having been used to training with a team, I must admit, it was quite hard to run by myself when I started running. I found myself stuck in reaching my goals. I also wanted to have a breath of fresh air with different people since I was new in Manila. To my surprise, there are several groups I did not know I could be a part of.

Luckily, they were just a train or a bus away from me. Joining a group brings about many benefits and staying motivated is just one of them. Having joined NRC with their homeruns last year, I’ve become less shy in running with other people. They have, for sure, given me a way to connect with people who are passionate about the same thing as I am and that surely helped me in reaching my goals. In addition to this, fitness groups are most often than not led by credible coaches or instructors who can help you in setting realistic goals and will guide you on how to properly achieve those efficiently and injury free!

Here is my top 5 list of fitness groups in Metro Manila that you can join for FREE!!!

1. Nike Run Club

Besides the app, the Nike Run Club might just be the perfect running partner for you. In order to join this group, you need to download the NRC app and put your location so it will show you the nearest events that the Nike Run Club hosts. Once downloaded, you already get a way in to their workouts and all you need to do is register! Nike Run Club is led by different expert coaches and different pacers who will make sure that you get the best coaching you need.
