Let’s all KEEP MOVING during the lockdown period with a Virtual Workout Challenge. 1 SET = 1 KM Challenge from April 16 to 30, 2020. Commit to do 10, 15 or 20 sets (cumulative) to earn the Keep Moving Virtual Badge.
Workout Challenge: 1 SET = 1 KM
30 Air Squats
20 Push-Ups/Kneeling Push-Ups
15 Reverse Lunges (Each Side)
1 Minute Low Plank Hold
Note: Upload a photo of you after the workout and the time it took for you to complete the set. The challenge is also cumulative, you can break the sets into several days between April 16 to 30.
