Reebok and CrossFit is promoting the “Sport of Fitness” worldwide and now it has finally arrived in the Philippines! Last April 13, 2012 I was able to drop by the Launching of the Reebok Crossfit event in Eastwood City and had the pleasure of bumping into some fellow crossfitters.
I was really impressed by how Reebok was able to re-create the “BOX” feel at the event, not only that, some volunteers was actually able to do a Crossfit Workout of the Day (WOD) and had a first hand experience of how a CrossFit workout feels like! Wondering what is Crossfit?

As a fellow crossfitter, I was really excited to learn about this recent local partnership of Crossfit and Reebok! Hoping for great things to happen in this Sport of Fitness!
The event also introduced the perfect partner for Crossfit Training. Reebok also launched the RealFlex, an athletic shoe designed to help your feet move and flex naturally while you run, jump, stretch, which are very common movements in Crossfit or any training programs.
I was quite surprised to receive my very own pair of Reebok RealFlex after the event! Now I’m actually enjoy using it in my workouts! Many thanks to Reebok and Emer for the invite!
