  1. Problema ko dito trail shoes wala ako. Pagbumili ka naman ng trail shoes, very seldom mo magamit sa road running. Mahal pa naman ng North Face trail shoes. New Balance, pwede sana i-honor pa itong discount card ko.

  2. Is there a singlet for the trail run? And is it very necessary to use trail run shoes for such? Isn't a road run shoe be sufficient? Esp since I'll just try this for the 1st time and will only do 3k. Tnx.

    Yes, there is a singlet for this. You may check our website (blogspot site in the info above) for the design. I don't think you really need trail shoes for this if you are just running 3K or 5K since the trails are manageable. For photos of the trails please see our facebook page. If you are running 10K then you can opt to use a pair since the trail is more difficult.
