  1. Hi, I have a few questions for 25k runners equipment,
    1. why do we need the 1.5L Hydration pack if there are air stations with water? Is not a 500mL bottle or even a 250mL bottle suffice for this? A camel’s back is normally 1 liter but do we need this big amount of water?
    2. Trail food. Why do we need this if, again, there are food on aid stations?
    3. why do we need a cup if we have a bottle, or probably a camel’s back.
    4. What is inside the 1st aid kit?
    5. for flashlight, can the cellphone be used for this?
    6. How many aid stations will there be?
I am asking this because those will be additional burden for 3 to 5 hours walking/jogging/running.
