Central Ground CrossFit and Evolve Yoga opens in BGC

Good news to CrossFit athletes and BGC residents, Central Ground CrossFit and Evolve Yoga opens its doors at the heart of Bonifacio Global City.

Located at the G/F of One Parkade, 7th Avenue the box features a 440 square meter of CrossFit box and Yoga studio with a pantry and the first CrossFit box to have their own Central Ground Coffee shop.

There are two programs, CrossFit and Sweathouse. Both use the core principles of the CrossFit program and are held from 6:45am (earliest class) up to 9:00pm (last class).
