What is SUB-1 10K?
Being able to complete a 10K Race Route under 1 hour or less has always been the ‘Holy Grail’ of most runners and Pinoy Fitness SUB-1 10K Challenge is the only race in the Philippines that highlights this achievement.

  11. Sana naman yung finisher shirt is sakto sa size ng singlet. Like sa SUB2 ang singlet ko is SMALL pero ang katumbas nun sa Finisher shirt is XS. I actually ordered XS kasi naubusan ako ng finisher shirt sa SUB2 and sinulat pa mismo sa papel yung name and size ko and they said na papadala samin yung finisher shirt then when I received yung finisher shirt ang pinadala sakin ng PEPSQUAD is SMALL size and hindi lang yun, may pintura pang excess sa may likuran, and guming tignan ng pinadala sakin. Pano ko susuutin ang SMALL size na finisher shirt kung malaki sakin at madumi sa pagkakaprint? May magagawa pa ba ako? Sana planuhin nyong mabuti ang mga shirt. Hindi nyo din nman kasi gusto na gawin sa inyo ang naranasan namin. We actually paid for the run and to receive a better service.

    We runners love to receive the medal and the finisher shirt pero syempre gusto namin na nasusuot namin at maipagmamalaki ang pinaghirapan namin.

    If you want an actual picture, i can send you PF. Para nadin mapagsabihan nyo ang PEPSQUAD sa service nila.

  19. My fastest 10k run so far was 1 hour and 4 mins…kakayanin ko ba yan? 10k in less than an hour? Suggest lang, sana lang may age category? Just like me I’m already 50 years old…

    • ,,,with the continuous training, on a constant pace, I think you should be alright. I’m sure you’ll push yourself more pag malapit na yung event, mas bibilis ka. you still have enough time to train, do train more. Age category? like asking for exemption pag mas matanda? that would defeat the purpose of the challenge, of having a sub-1 time for the 10k distance. Hope that make sense.

    • There’s still time to train, don’t worry. I’m 51 with a fastest time of 1:06, but I’ll register. Halos abot-kamay na, ‘di ba?

  22. ang ganda ulit ng designs pati ng medal, high quality lage ang PF events. kung sakali ika- 3rd year ko na to sa 10K challenge at ika- 3rd medal na din. need to train hard talaga for this.

  25. Same question gerald. What’s the difference sa Enervon HP and Activ? Who have more faster runners? Which wave among the 2 is known to be the fastest wave? Kasi kung sasali naman lang is dun ako makikisabay sa mabilis na wave para contended hehe thanks po!

  27. Hi Guys! we’re just crunching some bugs in the online reg system, we’ll open first thing tomorrow morning.

    For the wave questions, basically it’s the time of release, no pace requirements.

    First Wave – Enervon Activ
    2nd Wave – Enervon HP (10 mins after)
    Fun Wave – Walker (20 mins after 1st)

    This is to ensure we break down the group into smaller waves so runners will be able to race at their fullest and roads will not be crowded.

  41. sir, bakit yung singlet nyo maliit ang mga sizes, nag compare lang ako sa singlet ng runtarantantan sa LEZGO RUN(meron din silang singlet measurement), nag tanong lang naman po.

  45. Pepsquad, same po kami ni Ketchupie ng naexpirience sa early bird registration, walang nasend na confirmation email… baka pede niyo po kami sendan ng email confirmation or order#. Nagemail na ako sa [email protected] last January 23 pero wala pa rin pong reply… :(
    Update naman po nabawas na kasi ung fee sa CC…

  49. Hi PF… Just wish to clarify which one is the first wave, Skechers or Activ?
    The PF site says that the Activ is the first wave, but when you go thru online registration, looks like the Skechers is the first wave. Sorry if I just misunderstood. Please advise which is which. Thanks!

  51. Same experience sir with run for run and ketchupie. we registered 2 activ waves and 2 fun waves, but didn’t get any email confirmation. Hope you can do something about this as this has been deducted from our creditcard account already.

Hello PF, sana po sakto na un FS sa mga mag reregister, un di po mag kukulang.. kung ano un ni register na size ganun na din un sa FS. so kahit mahaba ang pila after race sa claiming ng FS, may maabutan lahat, unlike sa Sub2 naka ubusan ng FS. thanks looking forward sa reply regarding this matter. thanks in advance.

  54. Skechers Performance Wave is also a sub1 10K challenge right? Because in the updated waves both Enervon Activ and Enervon HP has SUB1 10K in its title but for Skechers its not the case. Please clarify.

  60. Hi PF. I registered online but I have not received the email confirmation from PEPSquad. I have screen captures and sms indicating the completed transaction on the credit card.

  61. Baka pwedeng may special FS sa 1st 100 na makacross ng line within 1 hour for extra motivation. Something that will distinguish that we achieved sub 1? Please reply. :)

  66. Ask lang po. Kasukat kaya ng singlet ng RU2014 ung singlet nila dito.. nagcheck kasi ako ng measurement table and ang laki ng difference ng dalawa.. XS ako sa RU tas dito is Large ang equivalent. nag OL purchase po ako. Ask ko lang if pde magpalit ng size if ever di kasya ung singlet na indicated sa order? TIA

  90. Sir Jeff, pinoy fitness, wat happened 2 my registration. I register early 2 be able 2 have d very 1st wave I want (skecher’s wave) den pepsquad going 2 tell me that they will put me on d 2nd wave. It’s not fair. Please do something about it.i don’t just run I will try 2 win.
    I rank 161 for ur last sub2 challenge.my last 21k I rank 29.den I ran 42k last condura at 4hrs.16mins. And I will continue 2 become better and better each day.

  94. i already claim my Medium size singlet yesterday in trinona pero medyo tight ang size nya kaso wala na silang Large size na singlet so pwede ba ako magpa-change ng Large size singlet sa Pepsquad Office sa makati?
