Dear NatGeo Earth Day Run 2014 Registrants,

Here are some reminders in relation to the NatGeo Earth Day Run 2014 singlet claiming:

Singlets can be claimed at the SM Aura (Lower Ground floor) NATGEORUN registration area. starting April 10 from 11AM to 9PM.
Please present your ACTUAL Natgeo Earth Day Run bib number AND a copy of your valid ID when claiming.
Please follow the singlet claiming procedure accordingly.
We anticipate a large number of participants to claim especially on April 10 so please expect long queues even as we ensure that a proper procedure is set to prevent this from happening. To avoid the initial stream of people, you may choose to claim any day until April 20.
Shirt sizes are subject to availability
We are initially anticipating a surge of 6,000 participants to go to the SM AURA registration center to claim singlets by tomorrow, April 10.Despite a well-placed plan, we are faced with space and security constraints.To remedy this and as part of our efforts to provide you hassle-free singlet claiming, we have made minor improvements to the schedule:

April 10 – start of singlet claiming for short-distance categories 3k, 5k and 10k.
April 12 – start of singlet claiming for long-distance categories 21k and 42k.

This arrangement aims to let the biggest bulk of claimants pass first before having the longer distance participants come to claim their singlets.

  13. i registered online for 4 last march 7, march 17 we got our singlet na, no hassle naman , mas mabilis if online mag register.

    • wow, buti pa po kayo. ako March 1 pa nag register online, hanggang ngayon nganga pa din ako.
      hindi din sila sumasagot sa email.

  16. Registered for my 1st marathon here and started training a few weeks ago. Will the organizers give free energy gels for 42k runners? Malakas kasi ako magconsume ng energy gel even during trainings. Baka may alam po kayo na mas mura compare sa mall? Willing to buy boxes of it (GU gels lang po), sa mall po kasi palagi out of stock yung masasarap na flavor and walang discount kung bumili ka kahit by box. Thanks

      • Thanks Juan….just texted this one, out of stock as of this time, 1st week of May pa dw darating new stocks. Sayang hindi na aabot sa natgeo run. Pero nagpa-reserve nko for my future runs, much cheaper kase compared sa mall.

    • wag kang madala pre, may konting aberya lang cguro na nagyari kaya delay.. pero hindi na rin ako sasali skanila nextyear, wala man lang sabi sabi nung mga nkaraan araw na ganito ganyan ang nagyari.. nakakainis nga araw araw kong tinatanong kung may dumating na sa bahay, grabe ang saya pala sumali sa nat geo hahaha

  22. Was also able to register sa 21k. Nag-open sila online pero bilis din naubos kasi my frend who was only two minutes behind was unable to register at all. Sana mag-open pa ulit ng 21k slots.

  27. March 1 kami nagregister for this run ng 21k sa Sm aura. Sinabihan kami na idedeliver nalang daw sa address namin ung singlet. Until now wala pa kaming natatanggap. Then yesterday may post ang FB page ng Nat Geo Philippines na Singlets claiming sa April 10. Ano ba talaga? Nakakalito na. Sana naman ayusin ng organizers. Hayyysss..

  30. nakuha ko na yung singlet ko nung Monday kaso yung design sa likod iba kaysa naka post, Cherifer Premium ang nakalagay. Tapos yung sa kasama ko wala pa din parehas lang naman kami ng pinag delivery address at mas nauna pa sya nag register.

  40. Sa mga nakatanggap na ng race pack, ano po yung laman? Nung nagreg kasi kami, may nakalagay na free limited edition EDR technical shirt. Yun ang inaabangan namin. Kaso ngayun wala na sa ad nila, pero yung price sam pa rin. Ano kaya nangyari?

  52. Natgeo organizer tinex nyo ako na makukuha namin yung singlets namin on march 26 instead of march 16, pls lang honor your word! Malayo pa ang panggagalingan namin para kunin sa sam aura yung singlet namin, make sure may makukuha kami as you texted! Ang aga namin nagpa reg para hindi maubusan pero parang ngayun pa lang nakakadis appoint na. Na postponed ung supposed date ng kuhaa nmin.pls lang organizer, hndi biro magbyahe papunta sm aura na galing pa ng dulo ng cavite!

  67. Bakit marami na namang kapalpakan as per sa mga comment, I ran last year d2 sa Nat Geo ok naman pwera lng ng baggage claiming at finisher shirt claiming. Ngaun medyo malaki ang problema, waka pa din race kit ko, ng email ako sa organizer wala ding reply. Ano ba nangyayari?

  83. Per NatGeo::::

    To clarify, those who registered from March 1 to 4, you need not go to SM AURA to claim since your singlets will be delivered to you free of charge, as compliments by a sponsor. For registrants from March 5 – onwards, singlets will be available for claiming starting April 10

    April 10 was the final commitment date of the singlet supplier and that is why we came out with an official announcement to update everyone. But in any case that the supplier will be able to deliver earlier than expected, we will be glad to announce it here. As of now though, we stick with the April 10 commitment. Thank you!

    Email from natgeo dated mar26, 3:09pm ::::

    “Please be advised that the first 3000 on site registrants (March 1 to
    March 4, with 12nn cut off for March 4 registrants) will get their
    singlets delivered via courier, free of charge as it was sponsored by one
    of our sponsors for the event.

    Singlet availability is indeed on April 10. However, we will ship out
    singlets to runners as they become available.

    Just to clarify, on site registrants after the March 4 12nn cut off, will
    have to go back to claim their race kits by April 10. And since you were
    one of the earlier registrants at our on site booth, you will receive your
    singlet via courier.”

SCAM nga cguro ito,, d nila n sunod ung time frame nila ibig sabihin sa mismong event expect po, malamang ma disappoint din kayo sa pag organized nito…., maganda po itong event because my beneficiary pero i think si NATGEO mismo ang my problema hindi masyado planado…, sna wag n sila mag organized ng FUN RUN next year better advertise or create a new event n kaya nila e handle. ng sa ganun hindi rin maabala ang mga runners sa poor service nila…., sna NATGEO alam nio ginagawa nio nagbabayad kami s wala un po ang lumalabas…, PEACE…,

    Hi,

    Registration for 21k and 42k has already been closed. No updates yet if we
    would be able to open more slots for the said category.

    As of today, we only have a few remaining slots left for the 3k category.
    Additional slots for the 5k and 10k category may still be opened soon.
