Requirements for Claiming Race Packs
– Signed waiver and fully accomplished Waiver Form and Registration Form
– Photocopy of participant’s valid ID (with picture and signature)
– If claiming through a representative, please present the following
-> Signed waiver and fully accomplished Waiver Form and Registration Form of participant [original copy]
-> Photocopy of participant’s Valid ID (with picture and signature)
-> Signed Endorsement Letter from the participant [original copy]
-> Photocopy of Representative’s Valid ID (with picture and signature)

  14. Reg Form printing tips!

    Copy and paste the reg form to Word. Change font size to 8 and adjust margin to 0.5 all sides and check the spacing on the “Waiver” part. Print in Legal size. Voila! One page lang :)

    hello po. as per Hyundai instructions for claiming kits in behalf of someone else, ipakita nyo lang po ung Authorization Letter of your wife and anak, photocopy of their IDs and also a photocopy of your ID.

  20. Server maintenance po ba or di kinaya ang dami ng nagreregister? hehe
    I hope to sign up some immediate family and even try to convince some relatives too! Why not have a go at the Guinness records? 209000 for Isang araw lang:unity run 2012 and 116000 Run for Pasig River 2010. Free ito so let’s invite as many as we can!

This is just my luck…. after I registered my children then saka nag downtime… Buti na lang naiprint ko at NABASA KO YUNG MGA INSTRUCTIONS… mula registration hanggang sa kung pano at kailan i claim ang race kit, pati na rin kung pano mag claim thru representative? kayo ba nagbasa rin?? hehehehe

  32. Gaya po ng iba nag-register ako kagabi pero di ko din na-print.. and I check my email, wala nmn pong sinend na Unique Code para ipalit dito “https://www.hyundairunforacause.com/PrintForm.aspx?id=XXXXXX” para ma-print ang form.. sana po makuha nmin ung code para ma-print nmin ung form..

    another concern po> pede po ba magclaim ng 2 race pack under the same name (pero different number & email) ung isa para sa kapatid ko? (wala pa kasi sya ngaun dito sa manila) anyway magkaiba naman po ng code un diba?

  33. Guys let’s invite as many people as possible! Make Print-outs about the run and pin it on bulletin boards everywhere! If you have some money please print some tarpaulin and post it along roads everywhere… This is totally FREE so let’s make an attempt for Guinness!!!

  43. Sana nga website maintenance lang. Ako lang kasi ang nakapagregister saming group… naabutan sila ng downtime. Sana hindi ‘to sign na puno at tapos na ang registration…

  49. sa mga nagtatanong how to re-print the event information, nasa website na po nila ang link, type na lang po ang unique registration code… I think tapos na ang registration, mukhang ubos na ang slots.

  52. Baka inaayos lang nila. umabot kasi 115% yung sa Education na cause, hindi na stop sa sobrang dami cguro nag register ng sabay sabay. Mahirap talaga pag sobrang dami. Di na kinaya ng system.
    Available kanina is 3 cause nalang na malapit na din mapuno. Kaya patience lang guys, at abang abang lang.
    Buti nalang naka register na ako nung madaling araw. At salamat sa mga updates, kung hindi dahil sa inyo, di rin ako makakaabot. :)

  53. pano mare-retrieve yung unique code?? wala akong nareceive sa email ko eh.. Salamat..

    *tried sending email, No reply from them too.

  55. siguro inaaus nila ung max number of participants per cause… lumagpas kasi ung ibang cause ng 100%… buti n lang nakapag pa register ako kagabi palang. yey.

  57. hi, i have already registered but can i still change where i can get my pack? i initially have it in Ayala but want to get it from Alabang.

  60. Successful naman yung online registration ng wife ko,pero wala sya na receive confirmation sa email nya. pano kaya ma retrieve yung unique registration code nya. printed ko na kasi yung sakin. sana ma retrieve pa namain. thanks!

  63. Just wanna ask what if during the registration I encountered problem while submitting ang was not able to see unique code assigned to me how can I know if I am registered?

  66. @ceasar: here’s accdg to the site ‘Note: Distribution area cannot be changed once registration has been submitted.’

    Aww pinag-iisipan ko pa naman kung orange, violet or gray na charity kukunin ko. Everyone was zigging (red,green) and I was planning to zag.

    At sa mga engot na gumamit ng iba ibang e-mail addresses para mangolekta ng singlets, kayo din bahala sa valid ID ng mga yan para sa claiming lol

  87. Astig talaga ang Hyundai!!! panis ang iba (toyota, honda, mitsubishi, isuzu, kia, etc… mga panis!!!) Guys, let’s in return support Hyundai by buying their awesome cars! Plan ko to buy the Elantra by June ;o)

  90. As per last year, nag open sila after a couple of days/weeks… second wave na rin ako nun naka pag paregister nung last year. abang abang lang mga kapatid sa mga ndi umabot kahapon…

  99. For those who was not able to register(just like me), try the Lion’s Run. Not free but it will support the medical missions of Lions Club and there is a Finishers Medal and for a change, instead of MOA or BGC, it will be in Daang Hari. It is near the road that is being constructed to connect Bacoor to SLEX.
