  1. badboy and Running Butchokoy Washowsk…

if you will take a closer look at the water stations for 10k, you will see that there are water stations at ~km 1.5, ~km 4 and ~km 6 and subsequently on your way back,km 1.5k will double up as ~km 8 aid station. likewise, km 6 water station will double up as ~km 9 water station and finally, there will be a water station at the finish line.

there will be a total of 6 water stations for 10k alone. the route is unique such that some water stations will be passed over twice.

  4. @tubong_lugaw join the forums, click the “Community” button at the upper right portion of the page. tons of useful and fun stuffs too! get to meet runner friends ;)

  5. @tubong_lugaw i guess mag start kana tumakbo sa place mo gradual lang pag umpisa or first mo pa lang tatakbo.. ako first run ako wala masyado preparations.. diet lang ako tapos practice run lang.. 1week lang prep ko nun. so far so good i will be running my 4th run na sa sunday..

  8. First time to run in Camp Aguinaldo and so far it’s the best venue… Had fun yesterday! Had free breakfast, lots of pocari sweat and free bone check-up. Looking forward to next year’s run…

  9. sulit na sulit ang event!!!!

1st ko dn sa camp aguinaldo and it was the best route so far for me… uphill/downhill…challenging talaga!!!

sana next yr mas marami pa ang pumunta kasi ang galing ng mga organizers at lahat ng nagput up ng event na to….two thumbs up for you all!!!!

    see you next yr!!!!!

You can visit the Extribe website for details.

Best landscape ang Cp Aguinaldo talaga. May varying difficulties na maiikli, at ang pinakamahabang uphill/downhill portion lang ay yung going to AFPSLAI/EDSA from grandstand/parade grounds.

  11. It was a great experience to be with the event, everything there was so great (especially to one of the organizers, Doc Rose Martinez) It was a great running experience! its fun and healthy. More Power!
