    Job Well Done sa kanila…!

  2. 2nd 3k for my 6 year old son. Only setback was the after run. Other than that, it was a good race, nakisama si haring araw ;)

  3. Agree, sikip nga sa tents after the finish line but all in all a very good and well organized run. Plenty of water/pocari stations. Thank you to the firefighters for bringing us the much needed cooldown :D

  4. Nice new route, more asphalt :-) The run was great! Just few improvements on the following- distance markers esp to 21K, one water station at around 15K mark naubusan ng plastic cups (sa takip ng pitsel na uminum), sa sobrang laki ng 21K medal bumibigay ang glue :-)

    Thanks Greentennial!

  5. ganda ng route na dinaanan ng 21K..
    nice road..
    exact distance on water stations..
kulang lan sa marshals for guide on the runners..
pati sa finish line nagkakagulo..walang nag guide..
    overall,,nice run event..
    sana masundan ulit..
    looking forward to it..=)

  6. thanks to the two powerpuff boys who’s named Joms en the other foreign one i didn’t remember the whole name but it was starting with indo-hommack maybe with a label at his back “1:55”..=)
but you both know who you are..
i didn’t have the chance to say thank you to both of you after the race..

    thanks guys..
i did improved my time en pace because of you..
    super fulfilling..=)
i beat my old record 2:00 hours..
    i got 1:53 hours on today’s event..=)

  7. Ok sana yung medal kaso yung tali nya bumibigay. Had to have mine exchanged pa. And yun nga, there’s a bottle neck after the finish line. They could have located the medal booth away from the finish line para di siksikan.

All in all, good race..First time to run away from BGC (aside from the Skyway)..Lucky enough to get a finisher’s shirt..

Pahabol pala..Para san yung 3rd tab sa race bib? Diba the first one is for the medal, 2nd is for the wellness kit..

  8. Its really a great run,and its my first finishers medal after how many event ive participated…more improvement on signages and markings to avoid confusion.

  9. My 2nd half marathon and much better..di kasi ako nag cramps. Magulo after ng finish line. Di nga ako nakakuha kahit anong freebies, just the finisher’s medal na marupok ang pagkaka glue ng lace. Sana din may finisher’s shirt lahat. Kakainggit kasi sa mga nakakuha. Markers din sana sa susunod meron na. Congrats to the organizers and all the finishers!

  10. Well organized.
Well manned intersections (safe to crossing runners)!
    Enough hydration
Bananas/Chocnut, Water shower and cold towel is definitely a plus.
Other events pwede na ang first 100!
No kilometer markers for 21K so di mo matantya kung pwede na mag-sprint sa last 3K
    On-time ang gunstart

    Overall: 4/5

    Galing nyo Greentenial!

    ANIMO!

  11. @ramil tan, that was indorock (mark mulder). i couldn’t keep up with my intended pacer nonetheless i was still able to get a finisher shirt. bawi na lang ako sa next race :)

  12. salamat di ninyo pinasali mga kenya dapat ganyan maging nationalism tayo sana lahat ng organizer tulad ninyo…. dumami pa sana lahi ninyo

  13. yey! me and my hubby beat our PRs, got medals, and we both get FREE TSHIRTS for the TOP 100 finishers in 5k category!

sana mgpost cla race results overall and per categories pra malaman namin png-ilan kmi sa top 100.

this is our 1st rewarding run since we startd ds feb. fyi wer amateur runners.

tnx greentennial and 2 ol who helpd ds run successful!

  14. @Bingski
we ran the same distance of 5K today, wohoo! after the race, super siksikan na mga peeps and its a good thing we still caught up with each other, yeah!
congrats to Aidan and to all of us!
Suplado and I hang out till program end and also met his good crazy friend, JC!
    ganda ng pics natin…

  15. Congrats sa Greentenial runner, I made a mistake in choosing Brooks instead of Greentenial thou naka register din naman ako on both run.

:( pumalpak lang ako kasi naligaw ako.. even the marshalls don’t know where the starting line is (iba-iba ng direction na binibigay) late tuloy kami :((

Question: walang Chip Time sa results? or incomplete pa? hehe. Yung time kasi na nakikita ko isa yung gun time thanks:(

  17. – maganda yung route
    – well organized yung event

overall it was a great event! looking forward to the next greentennial event

  18. @barefootdaves
congrats Top 100 Finisher! what distance did you run? our small grp of run friends would like to meet u too…

  19. @JourneytoLife
wow congrats also for being here at Greentenial. what distance did you run po? 21K?
i guess there were more hits here and few misses..but overall everyone had super fun being green and sweaty! haha!

  20. @Suplado
our practice run paid off huh, for our Greentenial actual takbo.
congrats for being a Top 100 Finisher on your 2nd 10K, wohooo!
great to meet your crazy friend JC! walang sawang chika minutes…
hope we can practice run again. this time at Marikina… ;) your territory, haha!

  22. it was a good race and well organized fun run happy naman ako sa naging resulta at maaga natapos. Grabe open parking nga at may guard kalungkot naman ninakawan pa ako..Yun lang Bad experience in New Running place.

    @barefootdaves – I’m one of those top 100 finishers for 5k, got a finisher’s shirt :) happy happy

  24. Mukhang the FB page is back up :) Bilis ng results pero medyo iba dun sa timer ko by 2 mins. Pero I’m happy nakatop 100 pa rin :)

    Overall good experience :)

  25. //@Jackie Gutierrez: am sorry to hear that…

@Bingski and Aidan and Jake: @Ms_Mars: @Jackie and Friends: @Rikki: @JC: it was a FUN run…glad to meet you all again…it was fantastic…can’t complain..good job to the organizers..

  26. pakiadd din sana bib number ko.. 07712.. ala dun sa 5k results.. :(

    congrats to all runners! :)

overall, it was a successful event except medyo masikip lang nung kuhanan na ng medals. pero enjoy ang run! :)

  28. so far this is the best run ive ever had! i ran 10k and finished it at 47:53. i thought i will never get the finishers shirt kc nung start ng race ang daming ahead of me. nagulat nalng ako when i saw the ranking pang 18 ako! haha nakatsamba pa.good thing dito kame nagreg ng mga friends ko at hindi dun sa brooks hehe. andun pa si jollibee.

  30. @Ms_Mars, Bingski and SuPLaDo_aKo: sayang i left my cellphone kaya ‘di ko po kayo natext. Anyway, I enjoyed the run so much and got finisher’s shirt too. Nagkaubusan lang ng plastic caps sa isang water station for the 21k route, but overall the race was very good for a registration fee of Php500.00.

  31. race result not accurate!
how come i was one of the 1st 100 finishers on the 5k race when it’s showing on the results that my race time reached to 2:20:28 race time??:)

but thanks greentennial for the wonderful run! thank you sa hotel accomodation for the best 80’s attire..haha
gusto ko sana ung puma watch eh..hehe

  32. congrats to all, unfortunately i can’t pace myself on the run for 21K coz suddenly i felt pain in my left knee & right foot, i got to walk for at least 4 mins when i stop & i can’t keep anymore on my normal pace, so sad for me i wasn’t able to be on the top 100, until now it hurts, rest mode for this week…hope i can run sooner than a week, see you guys on the next run…

  33. My first 21k run was great however when going back from CCP I felt pain on my foot so what I did was walk… run… walk… run… until I finished the race :( I thought Ill be able to be on the top 100 :( but I’m happy because I finished my first 21k! see you on the next greentennial event!

  34. I had fun! this is my first ever 5K run, I’m thankful na may nanlibre sa kin sa registration..hehe
Congratulations, Greentennial for the very successful event!!!

  35. great Job and successful events: notice lng after running sikip na..yung freebies konti lng..hehe yung Tab 3 halos lahat nkadikit pa sa BIB.. san kaya yun? pero enjoy..Ganda ng Finisher Medal..

  36. galing ng organizer!
    sakto sa oras
    sakto sa distance
    my finisher shirt
    my medal
    sagana sa water station
    sagana sa pocari sweat
    my shower pa!
di ko lng maintindihan bkit my ngbibigay ng BOY BAWANG sa my boom na boom!! hehehe
anyway, it was a great race!
more power and more races to come!
    thank you!!

  37. my first 16k run was very fullfiling, also im one of the top 100..great run greentennial..more runs! thank you..upload nio na mga pics namen heheh

  38. Hmm. The site says that I’m 426 in my category (10km) but I still got a finishers shirt. I hope we could get a list na pwede hiwalay male and female finishers :)

  39. KUDOS to Greentennial for putting up a very enjoyable run… we really enjoyed the event… we look forward for more running event… AJAH!!!

  40. yung ranking pla sa runningmate.ph was for overall male and female combined. di nila magawan ng for male and female dahil di raw kumpleto info like names, genders from the organizer. bka madaming blanko bka nagkapuyatan. ayus n rin. yung kaibigan ko di nabigyan ng time, bka natakpan nya nung nsa sensors sya. meron nga ako nakitang tumakbo nsa likod yung racenumber! ang galeng hahahaha bka firstime

  41. Again! an awesome event by Greentennial. Thanks to the PowerPuff boys for the pacing. It was perfect. Great pacers. route is very surprising! Hydration *thumbs up*! Over-all I give it a 4 out of 5. I know you can do better next time. :)

for those of you who wanna know your overall rank for the greentennial half mary please go to https://www.runningmate.ph/ , then register or sign-up. once you sign-in, click on the rankings button then choose the race and input your bib number. God Speed!

  42. sa akin ‘di rin accurate yung time. as per my watch and official stop watch, 2:03 yung time ko, pero nakalagay sa runningmate.ph 2:31 time ko!!!! ang laki ng discrepancy!

  43. buti naman at “HAPPY RUN” ang nangyari sa greentennial. can’t wait for the pics to come out. sa ngayon eh hindi pa din accessible ung fb page ni greentennial run. sana eh nag-a-upload lang sila ng pics kaya they turned it off

  44. I was expecting to have a lower time to finish the 5k co’z its a straight path, wala lang ako dala cellphone kaya i didn’t keep a separate time record… kaya lang parang ang layo nung 5K. The venue was cool, sana maulit ito nang walang masyadong hassle… =)

  45. i learned my lesson during the run4life. take note of this. make sure you are at the start because they keep track of your time based on gun time. and your end time based on chip time. i know it’s not possible for a thousand participants to be at the starting point, but make sure you start right away if you want to keep track of your progress.

overall, it was a nice, and organized event compared to brooks na ang daming reklamo ng mga participants. i will definitely run again for greentenial.

    pics please. :-)

  46. It was hot & humid but it was a nice run

I was surprised to see sir KB as one of the host. He looked thin but still SUPER GWAPO!!! I was waiting for him to take-off his jacket since “baywatch” daw yung costume nila ni Sir Argo dapat walang shirt.Nice hosting job bagay sila ni Michelle Estuar?they kept the crowd up on their feet maski super init!

I will definitely join the next greentennial event.

    Good Job organizers!

  47. //thumbs up to Greentennnial organizers..you guys did a very good job…despite a few glitches — at the second to the last turn, there were marshalls, but weren’t instructing the runners if they had to turn right or go straight ahead..got confused, so i turned back and asked one of ’em if i had to turn right..nonetheless, still finised at 00:53:55..could’ve finished earlier…the start/ finish area was a bit cramped..there was a bottleneck of runners who were claiming their medals and had their photos taken, and the booths for claiming the finisher’s tee and other freebies…am sad about hearing @Jackie’s experience…there should be enough security personnel to rove around the area..i think it’s something that the organizers may have missed on, though it’s pretty much an isolated case…on the flip side, there are too many good things to mention: hydration stations are everywhere – every 1.5k, there’s one (as mentioned); fire volunteers opened ‘fire’ with their water hoses..it was kewl..ahahah..!traffic was regulated – it was safe to run in the streets…everything turned out pretty well…til our next run..!

  48. //and this was a very good opportunity for me to meet my pinoyfitness.com forum friends…and yeah, it was fun running alongside with the pnp guys (towards the 3rd kilometer, i guess…)– with their running pace and their chants..i would say it was asteeg..!

  49. The race is good and organized but I would like to ask the help and concern of the organizers that my bib# is 07228 and my time is 30 min. and 19 seconds, my concern is that I was not able to get a finishers shirt and nobody gave me a white slip for me to claimed the said shirt how can I avail the precious shirt and please kindly fix my ranking if I made it to the first 100 before u release the over all ranking result. thanks

  50. @Organizers,
pls heed to the request of @barefootdaves for the pics upload, haha! he cant wait to see them na…

we missed meeting up with you ah. pls also email me your cp# [email protected] — so our small circle of pinoyfitness forum friends can meet up on the next race event!

  51. @G’tenial ORganizers,
mega KUDOS again for a great fun event! same with the others, its true the distribution of finishers medals could have been much better since there was runners build up after Finish line.
i didnt mind if there was very few freebies since its a fund raising event to begin with. all i wanted was a lot of Pocari Sweat bottles!haha!
Suplado, his friend JC and I went back in line to claim a few more. and also had unlimited tastings of Anchor Shape Up Milk!
@Suplado you are soo guilty of the milk galore c/o Anchor Shape Up, haha!

  52. @Suplado
very notable feedback for Comment #71.
hope the Organizers will take note for the next event. traffic was managed well and i also felt safer to run out on the streets on counterflow.

re Comment #72, i have a snapshot of the PNP men in flock mode as they chanted while doing their pace run. also super LIKE! felt like i was inside an army camp, hehe!

  53. wow animo! ang sarap ng feeling pag nakakatawid ka ng finish line. its a great accomplishment as a season runner like me. siyempre pag natanggap mo na ang finisher medal mo yun nga lang walang finisher shirt s lahat ng 21k hope net event meron na kasi si run rio 10k up to 21k meron e. im not comparing but nakakaingit yung naka top 100 in every category meron shirt. hirap kaya mag 21k anyways improve nalang yung water station kasi nagkaubusan ng cups sabi nga ng iba sa takip na uminom tama yun kasi nakita ko rin e. good job greentinnial more race event pa.

  54. hi guys, i’m alvin and i work at aseana city. the 3k and 5k courses are the routes me and my officemates run after work hours. being an employee of aseana we have the privilege of running at roads still closed. im really happy seeing the desolate roads we trained in to be full of running enthusiasts.im happy for those first timers and those who enjoyed the course, to those not please, this is just the first time and i think the organizers will do better the second time around. this is my first marathon, i joined the 10k. thank you ms mars for being helpful to those who needed info pre and post the event.congrats to all!

  55. over all it was a great run, it’s just that i was wondering how come i was able to be part of top 100 finishers in 5k if ranked 2367th??waaahhh please fix it =)

  56. @roland
yes your right, sa turn ng 5k may mga nagturn na 10k, unfortunately isa sa mga kaofficemate ko, he was late for the gun shot, saw our electrician at the u turn with our security group, pero sya suddenly showed up along mcdo going back.

  57. @ jackie gutierez
hi jackie, i’ll be sure to tell our security group what happened to you, i’d like to know where you parked? was it at neo-chinatown or the ones along macapagal blvd.?

  58. wala yata previous comment ko.:)i introduced myself guys, im alvin, working at aseana city as part of the developer side. thank you for enjoying the marathon, sorry for those not pleased, im sure by the second time the organizers we’ll get it right. it was nice seeing a lot of running enthusiasts filling the once desolate roads me and my office mates trained in.

    @ms mars
thank you for providing infos pre and post the event.

    congrats guys.

  59. Here’s my observations:
New and good route–Aseana City; its really hot, but its summer, so very much understandable
    Enough Hydration–sarap ng Pocari Sweat
Great hosts–super sa energy yung naka jane fonda outfit; career talaga niya yung 80’s theme-dapat siya yung best costume; ganda rin ng mga games but the stage is too far from the audience that is why we were not able to participate
No lootbag but its ok at least its for a good cause
    On time gun start!!!
    Daming raffle prizes
    Few marshalls
    No signages/distance markers
Overall: Very good run! When is the next event?

    Congratulations!

  60. @alvin berino
hi there! and thank you so much for your kind mention in Comments 84 and 89. glad to meet one of the developers of Aseana City.Kudos also to you guys for opening these desolate roads to the public c/o this happy run.its a new fresh route and most of us ran here for the first time!

always glad and happy to help whenever i can here. in fact, its also a Group Effort, coz i also notice other forum mates sharing websites and other related info to the co-runners so everybody happy!

appreciate your concern on the negative feedbacks. hope you can somehow escalate them to the rest of Organizers. these will help in their future planning to improve and avoid further mistakes from happening next time.

Congrats again to all of us and im gonna try my best to gather as much forum/running friends for a special get together soon. considering all our crazy and busy work and run scheds. that’s gonna be exciting and hope you and your officemates can also come?

  61. @alvin berino
hello! thanks a bunch for the special mention in your recent comments! you’re very welcome, Alvin! great to meet one of Aseana’s developers here in the forum. how many road developers are there in Aseana?

Kudos also to you guys for being part of this successful event coz most of us runners had our virgin run at your desolate reclaimed roads! and we look forward for more run events staged there in Aseana.

its not only myself, but i also shld give credit to my other forum mates who in their concerned ways help and assist other fellow runners who may have queries during an event…so its group effort, wohoo!

hope me and my runner friends can also meet up with you guys one of these days or the next runs?

  62. Kudos to all organizers and my co-employees who gave their time & effort to make this event successful . sana maulit muli, super saya kahit kakapagod!!! and to Sir Mike, Ms. Abbie and Ms. Vam congratulations!!!! paburger nman hehehehe.

  63. @ms mars
we’d be glad to meet up with you the next time there’s an event or better, arrange some practice runs here at aseana city, no cars, no other runners just you and the asphalt.. again thanks to you and your friends.

be safe everyone… run with heart!
