In celebration of the ATENEO LAW SCHOOL’S 75th Year Anniversary, the Ateneo Law Central BarOps 2011 and Graduate School of Business will be organizing the “ATENEO DIAMOND BLUE RACE: RUN AND SPARK.” The word “SPARK” means “Save the Poor at Risk.”

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Participants below 18 years old must have their entry form signed by parents or guardians.
2. Race Bib and RFID Timing Chip must be worn together at all times during the event.
3. All protests related to the result must be made in writing and submitted to the Race Organizer within 30 minutes after the official announcement of winners. A PROTEST FEE of Php 500.00 will be collected for every written protest made.
4. The Race Organizer’s decision is final.
5. The Ateneo Diamond Blue Race is a “Rain or Shine” event. No refund of Race Registration Fees will be allowed by reason of rain or failure to attend the event. Singlets and Kits can still be claimed.
6. Refund will only be allowed in case of impossibility to pursue the event due to fortuitous events.

COLLECTION OF RACE KITS:
Participants may claim their Race Kits at the designated pick-up points starting August 7, 2011. www.RunnersRunner.com is also offering Race Kit Delivery services payable upon registration.

Proceeds of the fun run will go to the following beneficiaries:

BLUE PLATE for Better Learning: A 130 days Feeding Program to bolster the school performance of 4,000 elementary pupils in depressed public schools.

APS Gives Relief Team: The Ateneo Professional Schools Relief Team that actively responds to disasters and national emergencies.

ATENEO SPARK: Save the Poor at Risk: This program aims to serve 1,000 depressed beneficiaries for the year 2011-2012 through legal, medical, livelihood and educational support.

    Thank you for all your questions and suggestions.

    1. Registration now open at the R.O.X., 2nd Level, Bonifacio High Street. You can also register online at http://www.runnersrunner.com/adbr

    We decided to open the registration earlier to test for areas that need adjustments. Fortunately everything went smoothly and now we are ready to accept registrations.

    2. We are planning to open an onsite registration at the Ateneo Loyola Campus…we are currently working on this.

    3. Register starting tomorrow and get an additional free Ateneo Diamond Blue Race Singlet. There will be another Singlet for the actual ADBR Race.

    4. Singlet, Shirt and Bib design will follow. As well as the medals that we will be giving away for the finishers and winners.

    Again, if you register now online or at the ROX you will get an additional Ateneo Law Blue Race Singlet apart from the actual ADBR 2011 Singlet that will be used during the Race.

    1. Finisher Medal: Yes we are giving medals to all the finishers.

    2. Additional Registration Sites:
    Yes, we are planning to open up one in Quezon City.

    For the Rockwell Outlet: We will also be opening it soon.

    3. Race Route: Race Route will be released next week.

    For your free Singlet, if you checked the option to have your extra free singlet to be delivered to your home address then we shall send it through the courier.

    If you did not indicate or pay for that option,the free singlet will be delivered together with your race kit. If you want to get your singlet at the ROX, you may also claim the free singlet at our booth there….

    By next week we shall release the Ateneo Diamond Blue Race Singlet.

    We did our best to come up with a unique and attractive design. It really looks different from the the singlets that you would see around.

    We will be giving medals to all the finishers…

    Will there be sample singlet sizes at the onsite registration in ROX? We were thinking of doing the online registration but we are unsure of the singlet size that we will be getting. Hope you can answer our query. Thanks!

    Starting Wednesday you may fit the actual sizes of the Singlets from sizes XS to XXL. The Sizes will be available at the ROX or at our CREBA Registration Center.

    We are doing this to make sure that you will get the best fit.
