Ever since I started training for Triathlon, I started spending less and less time doing CrossFit, I miss doing box jumps, burpees, pull-ups and laying practically dead on the floor after each WOD.

Reebok and CrossFit is promoting the "Sport of Fitness" worldwide and now it has finally arrived in the Philippines! Last April 13, 2012 I was able to drop by the Launching of the Reebok Crossfit event in Eastwood City and had the pleasure of bumping into some fellow crossfitters.
