It's a warm Sunday morning as I prepare myself for a 5K run at the Powerade Takbo.PH Runfest 2011, mostly nowadays I've been running 10K distances and it's been quite a while since I ran a 5K, so i'm really a bit eager to see if I have improved in my 5K distance and if I would hit a new PR.

Good News everyone! After 1 year of operations in Ortigas area, 360 Fitness Clubs is now extending their 30 Minutes Total Body Workout routine in Makati! So for those people who are in Makati and wanted to try their workout, drop by and check them out now!

I was able to grab a race kit and join the Pocari Sweat Run this July 17, 2011. First time to run around Tiendesitas, Ortigas area, fresh route and very challenging, the Ultra/St. Paul Pasig Uphill at the 10K route was really a challenge and a fulfilling one as well.

Nike once again is proud to bring Kobe Bryant back to Manila! Sad that I was not able to attend and witness this event for myself but thanks to my friend Joseph for sharing some pictures he had taken during the press-con I can now share with you guys! Enjoy!
