Makiling Challenge XVI returns on May 18, 2025, at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, continuing its legacy as UPLB’s longest-running provincial foot race. Organized by the Makiling Campus Runners, this year’s event invites students, athletes, and fitness advocates to “Build and Hone, Enter the Zone!” through a challenging route that winds through UPLB’s iconic roads, the BSP Jamboree, and the scenic Forestry area.

Online Registration:
- Register Online via – https://docs.google.com/forms/
- Registration fees shall be deposited through GCash. A screenshot of the payment and the reference number of the transaction shall be uploaded to the google forms before submission.
- Online registration will start on March 30, 2025, 7 P.M. until May 15, 2025, 11:59 P.M. The Google form will be closed. However, participant(s) may still register onsite on the day of the race.
- Online registrants will be notified via announcements on Facebook and Twitter, e-mail or text message when the race kits are available. Race kits may be claimed at the following location: UP Bath House, UP Los Baños (Beside Baker Hall)
Onsite Registration:
- Onsite registration will start on April 21, 2025, 7 P.M and is only available during weekdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and weekends, 6:00 A.M.–8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.–7:00 P.M. It may be done in the following area: UP Bath House, UP Los Baños (Beside Baker Hall)
- Registrants will be notified via announcement in Facebook and Twitter, e-mail or text message when the race kits are available. Race entitlements are indicated above. Upon finishing, registrants can claim their finisher’s medals and finisher’s shirt.
- The last day of onsite registration is on May 15, 2025, 7 P.M. Registration fees per category are non-refundable. Sizes are subject to availability.
- Should the participant wish to change the distance that he/she will be running, he/she shall register again for another race number.
