Membership fee at Fitness First will vary depending on the type of membership you’ll be availing, the specific facility you will be joining, and whether you’ll be getting a 3-month or 12-month membership.

The following are the rates for the different Fitness First facilities here in Metro Manila:

CAN I GET A PERSONAL TRAINER?

As with our first recommendation, you can also get a personal trainer at Fitness First. And as mentioned earlier, this is a great option for beginners just starting out on their fitness journeys.

A personal trainer will cost around PHP1,500 – PHP1,600 per session, but if you avail for 12 sessions it will only be around PHP14,400 (or PHP1,200 per session)

IS THERE A SCHEDULE OF WHEN I CAN GO?

There’s no need to book a Gym Access slot anymore at Fitness First now that all gyms are operating at 100% capacity. However, all members are required to download the Fitness First mobile app and scan their QR Code at the facility prior to working out.

HOW ARE THEY MAKING EVERYONE SAFE?

Fitness First required members to bring their own mats, sweat and bath towels, workout attire, and water bottles. They encourage all members to wear a mask, wipe down the equipment after use, and practice social distancing. All machines are also routinely sanitized by the staff.
