There’s no need to book a Gym Access slot anymore at Fitness First now that all gyms are operating at 100% capacity. However, all members are required to download the Fitness First mobile app and scan their QR Code at the facility prior to working out.

Fitness First required members to bring their own mats, sweat and bath towels, workout attire, and water bottles. They encourage all members to wear a mask, wipe down the equipment after use, and practice social distancing. All machines are also routinely sanitized by the staff.
