Atleta Ako, along with Bike King Philippines and the Philippine Sports Commission, brings to all active females the Atleta Ako Women’s Aquathlon. March is International Women’s Month, and what better way for us to celebrate this than with an all-female event? Atleta Ako Women’s Aquathlon is happening on March 13, 2016 at Philippine Sports Complex.

7-8 y/o : 50 Meter Swim, 600 Meter Run
9-10 y/o : 100 Meter Swim, 600 Meter Run
11-12 y/o : 200 Meter Swim, 1.8 Km Run
13-14 y/o : 300 Meter Swim, 2.2 Km Run
15-17 y/o : 400 Meter Swim, 4.2 Km Run
18 y/o & Above:

Standard: 500m Swim – 5km Run
Petite: 300m Swim – 3km Run
Relay: 500m Swim – 5km Run
