The Pinoy Fitness Swim Clinic is a 2-hour swim workshop in swimming efficiency for competitive, recreational, and fitness swimmers. It is a quick and effective way to learn the essential skills and proper techniques of swimming. The swim clinic is open to participants with no prior formal swim training and swimmers who want to brush up on their skills.
Pinoy Fitness Swim Clinic will cover the following topics:
Part 1 : Talk – Swimming 101.Practical Tips on how to start learning how to swim
A. Training Venues
B. Training Gears
C. Basic Drills
Part 2 : Practical-Learning the basics
A. Swim assessment
B. Grouping according to skill level
C. Intro to basic drills

1. Swim Trunks for Men and Bathing Suit for Women (Preferably 1 piece swim suit). Shorts or Running Shorts not allowed.
