  1. Sorry to burst your bubble, guys. I live in Muntinlupa City at bago pa nauso ‘tong mga Runnning/Marathon/MTB/Duathlon/Triathlon events eh dito na ako tumatakbo (since 2003) for conditioning purposes sa Filinvest Corporate City for my previous sport before. 10 years na akong nagte-training sa area na yan and yes,I believe it’s too small for this kind of event. So,bukod sa endurance factor nito,eh goodluck na lang kung hindi kayo manawa kumarera sa loob ng 12 hours. But,yeah, the area is clean and green. Malinis, maaliwalas, and such.

    • you’re right..tga munti din ako. im a novice biker, ng-iikot din s FCC..maliit nga pro ok lng kc mdming puno at fresh ang hangin.. ok din ang trail

  2. Bloggers have done updates amd their reviews search and read them.

Im a trail runner and an mtbiker, its nearly two weeks before the event . Those who are training and willing to give trails a boosts in your adrenaline do a track read. Print the map study and simulate the run/bike.

If youre from nearby place stop shops are near. Parking is great as well. When youre in the trails expect short and deep downhill sections and mud.
Take hydration and food before during and after your track read.
This is a gameplan. Endurance sports is based on preparation that includes training energy intake rests and recovery. Keep a positive outlook always train in an event. Keep your immune system at its best.

Get outside and suppprt the community!

  3. @Jen: Nagkakasalubong na siguro tayo doon. I Run there and I’m a regular since,yeah,2003. Hehehe!

I hope this event turns out well. I’ll be training there on the 15th and sana may makitang mga familiar faces. Good luck, guys!

  4. Sobrang nagenjoy kami ng team ko. Kahit konti lang sumali we made it a point to enjoy our first ever trail run. Saraaappp ng ulan at ng putik. Ma-ala pelikula kumbaga. Haha! Sali kami uli sa susunod. Saan na kaya mga pics?
