hello there fellow runners & MILO apex:
i am currently run & joined 4x10k since july 2012, and registered 3x10k this sept-
& 1x16k this oct, but i am planning to do my 1st 21k on oct 28.
my questions are:
1. am i ready for 21k?
2. i run 40-45km a week @ 3x a week
3. if i register to milo apex, would it be the 10k or the 21k group?
thank u & God bless u more!
