We where able to experience on how it feels like to race for the upcoming Nathan Ridge Run happening in Tagaytay Highlands this coming November 20, 2011. How about you? Are you ready to take on the challenge?

Registration Fees:
5K – P850 (singlet, Nathan Sprint handheld, post-race meal)
10K – P1,050 (singlet, Nathan Quickdraw Plus handheld, post-race meal)
21K – P1,050 (singlet, Nathan Quickdraw Plus handheld, post-race meal)
Part of the advocacy of this run is the large consumption of water cups during race events. In this race, each participant will be given a Nathan Water Bottle and re-filling stations will be located strategically along the race route.
A good deal for the reg. fee, considering that a Nathan Quickdraw Plus retails for PHP 990.00.
Registration Venues:
– Register at R.O.X. Bonifacio High Street starting October 9.
– Opening of other registration sites will soon follow.

Wow gusto ko sumali pero gusto sumama ng wife ko for an overnight daw sa Tagatay then I run the next day. Baka kahit 5k di ko matapos lol Ubos. Hmmm

sana merong pick-up point sa olivarez rotonda or kahit sa malapit sa SM dasmarinas..
yup sana merong pick-up point nga somewhere in Dasmarinas.. probably Pala-Pala area near SM Dasmarinas will do..

registered yesterday. race kit can be claimed starting nov. 1. according to the ROX staff. actual singlet not yet available. sample singlet (see picture above) made of good quality tho. bus service is priced at P350 (printed on the receipt/stub. very nice sports bottle (included in the race kit).

Minsan na akong tumakbo dito nung nag 3 day workshop kami sa Tagaytay Highlands, putik, ubos kng ubos sa hininga…kung may patag man ilang meters lng then uphills and downhills na hahaha

Dear Nathan organizers, appreciate if you’ll consider transpo kahit dun na lang sa main gate ng highland.

Ilan ang kasama na pwedeng papasukin. May designated parking area ba na malapit or kahit saan nlng na available? For those who are going to avail the P350 shuttle service, what will be the departure time sa ROX saka ung departure time from Tagaytay highlands? May option ba for 1-way lang (papunta lang) for those na gustong papuntahin nalang dun ang mga family members nila at a later time para mamasyal na din or sunduin sila.

ambilis naman maubos ng slots. 10k lang naman balak ko takbuhin dito…
nka usap ko kasi ung personnel dun. sa store nila, 70 slots nka alot for 5k 80 slots for 10k.. sa 21k i forgot hehe
Ask ko lang po November 20 ang Nathan Ridge Run and Unilab Leg 3 is also on the same day… nakaka lungkot naman…. I want this run but I have to finish my 32k for the Leg3… Good luck every body have a pleasant cool ridge run.

Naku mga ka kosa sa takbuhan, mali nga po ang info naibigay sa akin, sa Bacolod pala yung run na re sched for nov 20. Sencya na po, sasama ako dito

nung nakita ko ung handheld water bottle bigla akong napa “uh hmmm”..2 long distance runs sa nov and a recovery period sana para sa FM ng QCIM at sayang kung di agad makakuha ng 1 slot out of 1000 na available..parang ang sarap makisali :O
@Allan07: 1000 slots lang regardless of the category. 300 slots lang daw kasi yung naka-allot sa ROX. 16 slots na lang daw meron nung nag-register ako kahapon. regarding sa shuttle, not sure kung ilang slots meron. kaya register na kayo bago pa magka-ubusan =)

For those who are interested, I talked to a certain Melojane Dumaog of Nathan today. Still slots are open. I called Runnr Trinoma, still all slots are open. But my query is, what time we will leave Tagaytay highlands? She said, 10:30 boarding sa Tagaytay, around 12:30pm nsa Boni High Street na ulet ang bus… Mukhang brunch yung pagkain natin… Any queries… ito yung tinawagan ko…

@rc: yes you can bring guest and avail of the transpo to tagaytay, they will give you the instructions once you get your kit, only registered participants can avail of it

i tried running sa may ridge view @ 430am. ilang balik palang hingal na ako. iba ang klima at malaki ang epekto nito sa pagtakbo. 5k runner ako pero parang wla pang 3k, hingal na ako
I registered for 21k parang tuloy natakot ako sa sinabi mo @boybuhok pero ill take it as a challenge nlng. Kaya natin yan :)) it would be my first time to run sa tagaytay highlands.

pati ako… nagiisip na rin kung kakayanin….25k chev…32k sa unilab leg 3….21k sa nathan….na hangang ngayon wala pa rin ang singlet…nagpunta ako hi street to find out about the nathan singlet… sa nov 7 pa raw ata ilalabas… hope na di na ma delay ang pagkuha….maraming nagalit kasi late ng nag sabi ang organizer… kaya isipin na lang natin ang takbo sa lingo… good luck guys… see you sa finish line..
