it is interesting and quite sad to learn that despite the rules stipulated in the run events about proper running attires and wearing the official singlet, still there are some peeps who opt to do the opposite for their specific reasons.
there are exceptions in the event that the runner is a late registrant, and singlets have ran out, is the time to wear another top.

  2. hello!!! pwede ba sumabay sa takbo kahit hindi naka-register? or still open ba registration until tom morning? thanks!
    -minmin ^_^

  3. i really want to join but i got too busy with my work kaya i wasn’t able to register.. can i just run with you guys? or can i still register tom morning? hope to receive any response.. thanks!

  4. Hey, Chedeng…we need good weather… please spare us runners….punta ka na lang elsewhere out of the country… ha ha ha ….

    Have a safe run everyone….

  5. still nursing an injury on my right foot. hope this gets better tonight. i will be running tomorrow and determined to finish the race.

@Ms. Mars: hi sorry for late reply. hope to see you tomorrow or in other races. My next race is Mizuno Infinity Run.

  6. @Reydor
despite your injury, show must go on and on time recovery of your foot for iNTEGrty Run tomorrow!

yes, hope me and the rest of the gang meets you indeed…

  7. //finished my first 15k run today…and it’s another “first” in my running…

the race was, i would say, well managed despite a late gunstart…i was rather surprised when the host said, “Ready!” then fired the gun..ahahah..! i was expecting he would do a countdown…but didn’t…there were considerable number of water stations along the route. this time,i didn’t get lost — the marshals did their job..! despite of the last minute re-routing of the race, it went well.

it was great run — met up my pinoyfitness forum friends: @Cecille @yingski @yogurt & wifey and dad @Ms_Mars..and my friends @badjoy & gerry…and @geraldine..

    //til our next run..!

  8. @Suplado
KUDOS again to your debut 15K accomplishment! wow, look at where you are now? so far, so amazing! ano ba yan? haha!

can i also copy paste your statement on the “Ready, Set?” Bang! gunstart? haha! i bet the official got very excitedly carried away gun shld have fired after “Go!” and the batch of 15K runners were all rearin to run at 5:35AM. GMA Kapuso (im sorry KpS, had to mention this to tease you, hehe!) reporter Ivan Mayrina did a good hosting job and the warm up instructor from Gold’s Gym was uhmm, coordinated (borrowed term from u). The UP Pep Squad and the Convergys drumbeat guys added energy to the program.

over-all it was a great and fun run and proud to have also represented Convergys. i know how you love the loot bag! *wink wink

always a pleasure running alongside You, @Yingski and @Cecille (hope she’s feeling lots better now). delighted to meet Joy and Gerry. was nice to round up with Yogurt and his family and Geraldine from Chris Sports, MOA…

the Heaven was very nice to us, gave us a very favorable conducive weather for running…
