  1. November 16 Sierra Madre Half Marathon…had 4 kilometer run at UP Diliman then Milo Half Marathon this Dec 8…That is it… Lesson Learned: Never run unprepared…Sakit sa katawan ang premyo…Ahahahaha…more lesson to learn as my running years go by…

  2. good run!!! :) improved my time last year by 19 mins… this is my 3rd milo marathon event and got my 3rd milo medal ^_^ new PR for me and my girlfriend

  3. I had a great time today….super galing tlaga ni sir rio…I run 21k and able to finished 2:29min..sulit ang training ko….may first medal in milo hope next year….

    • sobrang sanay na talaga ang runrio sa mga malalaking patakbo… Pinaghirapan nila ang bawat race at natututo sa bawat pagkakamali.

      sa opinyon ko lang, sila lang talaga ang reliable na organizer kapag ganitong kalalaki na ang patakbo

  5. I dont want to repost but this is really the best way to end my running year!

    I was hesitant to run Milo Marathons because of the fear of not making it. But i was able to grab that medal at the end! Super saya and got teary eyed pa. sobrang unexpected.

  6. lions, nike and milo.. last 3 runs for 2013.. sulit lahat… naka PR sa huling 3 runs…ngayon ko na nararamdaman ang sakit ng katawan. tnx

  7. My 2nd try at Milo, happy naman kahit 2nd failure to get the 21K Finisher’s medal :) from 2:52 nung July, naging 2:44 kahapon, more room for improvement, palaging without proper training dahil busy sa work (wooh excuses).

    Pero masaya talaga tumakbo ng 21K, more muni-muni time alone. :) bawi name lang ako next year, pag nakapagtrain na ako nang maige.

  8. well organized run, masaya ang run nmin and got 40mins for 5k, though nakuha na nmin un 35mins sa Energen run, it is still good enough for amateur runners like us. comment ko lng na sana bigyan na lng ng sariling lane un mga gustong maglakad coz me mga groups na naglalakad and kalahati ng lane is nasasakop nila, kya obstruction talaga for us na nasa momentum during the run.

  9. It was a nice “revenge” run for me! I got injured in the Milo elims after 1km. Atleast yesterday, nakabawi na rin at nabeat na rin ang 2:30 cut-off! congrats to everyone who finished the race injury free! :)

  10. my first time to run milo 21k marathon, and got emotional when i finished the race at exactly 2:30 mins.
    got cramps on the last 2km, but when i’m saw the finish line and the crowds saying kaya mo yan!, that’s the time that i gave all my last remaining strength to reach my goal..yun ang hinahabol ko..salamat and mabuhay milo & runners.

  11. Ran the 21k elims last July and ran the 21k finals to support my wife and our friends bidding to make the cutoff for medal. Good results, whole group went home happy with their 1st Milo medal, mine 2nd. Great run, next year ulit

  12. actually you can include this to your training. race pace then slow down abruptly then resume speed again. para kahit may iiwasan during the race, walang effect.

  13. @ davidT_Thanks for your advice. next time, our group will come earlier so we’ll be able to position ourselves at least near the front:)
