  5. tatakbo kami ng buddy ko sa 20k! actually, meron patakbo on the same date, with lance armstrong, dun sana kami tatakbo sa patakbo ni lance, pero mas naisip namin na dito na kc our personal opinion ay mas maganda ang layunin ninyo…. pero sana meron separate holding area sa mga finishers for 20k runners, na pwede makahingi ng rehydration drinks ang mga 20k finishers…. meron kasi mga runs (di ko na banggitin kung saan at sino yun) wherein yung mga 15k and 21k runners ay nawalan na ng rehydration drinks, naubusan na… yung mga racers dun sa other categories ay tapos na, nakainom na, may take home pa, hehehe… samantalang yung mga 15k and 21k runners wala ng mainom…. hehehe….. seriously speaking, pls take note of this unsolicited advise kasi baka meron ma-dehydrate na 20k runnners, huwag naman sana na may ma-hospitalize pa…. sayang naman ang magandang layunin ninyo kung meron ganito insidente… Good Luck and More Power!!!

  6. Hi, I would just like to ask if this event is OPEN to all runners? Is there a separate winners for Carmel Ray Employees and winners of open categories? Thanks. God bless.

  7. the trip getting to the venue was super challenge! its like being in The Amazing Race when run friend JC and i travelled from Pasay all the way to Carmelray in Calamba, Laguna to participate and support a fellow runner’s fun run project. kudos sau Rommel! super busy ka yday as one of the Organizers but thankful for the chit chad we had post race.

we were supposed to run 5K (recovery run from my 21K of CamSur) but ended up doing only 3K which was ok than nothing. whats nice it rained a bit, enjoyed the loot bag, missed the bfast goto, but met and made more run friends and witnessed a very nice rainbow!

special thanks to Laguna resident and fellow runner Mark Gallardo for being so nice to hitch us a ride to Jollibee Calamba for a fitting bfast and for the hatid sa bus stop en route to Manila. sa uulitin ha?

this event also turned out to be my 6mos/half year Runniversary celebration! thank you Lord…
