  1. Can we still register on the day of the run? I really want to participate on this but I am out of the country right now and won’t be back until January 2011. I know that the fee might go up but at least have some kind of registration for others with the same case as I am. Also, is this run open for the public or exclusive for the La Sallians?

    Thanks

  2. @releg, @eo Registration is up to the 16th January.

    @Donna

We are considering late registration after that.

    Late registration fee is PHP600

The run is open to all and will benefit all. Our beneficiary is the One La Salle Scholarship Fund and an environmental initiative with the backing of Shell.

  3. Will the singlet design be as is? I saw it at Columbia, the material and design look REALLY cheap, compared with runrio3 and QCIM’s, with the sponsors’ logos occupying the bottom back of the singlet. For the benefit of running enthusiasts, kindly post the ACTUAL singlet design.

  4. Hmmm.. you had the registration start and end early. Then later decide to extend it but for a higher fee. Not good. Won’t join this run even if I can afford it. Coz I don’t see any consideration for others and it’s more like a money making strategy. I don’t see the purpose of raising the fee. It’s like rather than be thankful that you have more participants, you’d prefer to penalize people who just wants to have fun and help others in need. You still have a couple of weeks or a month to go to prepare. The extra fee just doesn’t make sense.

  5. @Scorpion It should be the final design. Thank you for your observations. We’ll look into it.

@Laura There are prizes for the finishers. We’ll publish details about that as soon as possible.

@Vash1010 I apologise if that is the impression that we gave. There was no bad intention towards the runners. What we had was early reg (Sept 21 to Oct 20), a November promo reg that saw resumption of registration in November 04, regular reg in December.

While we saw sustained registration during from the start there were some repeated inquiries whether registration was still on. Apparently this was not made clear based on your observations as well as similar ones from others. Thank you for your comments, we hope to improve our information campaign.

We’ll look into your comments about raising fees.

@jrosal Room 202 in DLSU, it is the De La Salle Alumni Association office. Look for Bing Capuno, 9-12, 1-5. They will resume in January.

  6. It is but disappointing that claiming of race kit was transferred to ROX. It was of great convenience that I registered at Columbia in SM North since it’s near our place just to be surprised this morning about that info when I came to get my race kit. Why the sudden transfer? You should have at least informed us beforehand so we could have proceeded directly at ROX. This is burdensome!!

  7. I’m arriving on January 10th, can you please tell me exactly where I can pick up the kits for I am not familiar with the places being mentioned here. What is R.O.X. and where is this so I can pick up my kit when I get to the PI? I can just bring my receipt since I registered and paid online right?

    Thanks,
    Donna

  8. @raffy: Can you possibly validate that singlets/race kits already ran out at ROX? I haven’t got a chance yet to go to ROX. I should have waited for the store to open on Sunday after the Bull Run race but i decided otherwise.

  9. For those who are still interested:

They opened 100 slots for each category kahapon sa R.O.X Bonifacio High St.

I just got mine last night at R.O.X. pwede pa makahabol kung di pa ubos ang 100 slots
