The "ILOILO CITY OF LOVE INTERNATIONAL MARATHON" is set for December 3, 2023, at the Freedom Grandstand in Iloilo City. Hailed as "The Heart of the Philippines," Iloilo provides a scenic backdrop rich in history and culinary tradition.
