How far would you walk just to get clean water?
For many of us, clean water is only a few steps away. But in underserved and remote communities, women and children often travel an average of six kilometers every day, carrying as much as 20 liters of water – sometimes from sources that are still unsafe to drink.
This 2026, Race4Water returns for its fifth year, bringing together runners, walkers, and advocates for one shared mission: to help bring clean and safe drinking water closer to Filipino communities that need it most.
Race4Water 2026 will run from August 23 to September 23, 2026, beginning in celebration of World Water Week. Participants may complete 6K, 21K, or 42K at their own pace, wherever they are. A portion of the proceeds will support the installation of water filtration systems in more communities across the country.
