  1. @ organizer, mga ginoo at binibi bka naman po pwede po kyo mgprovide pra sa shuttle service na pwede isakay yun bike, maraming salamat at MABUHAY kayo!!!

  2. Please use the fastest/lightest/durable bike..for road or touring. except the tamdem bike…:))However it still depends how you will control and handle the bike smoothly and… For me Mountain Bike with experience – for road and trails.

  3. mountain bike is for off-road. However if you richer… you have to use both combination feature for road and mountain… hmmm..expensive.

  5. Dear race organizers,

I’m just starting to get hooked into running. I will be joining my first 21K this Sunday at Milo marathon. Hope I will make the time to get a medal. :)

Thanks to continuous promotions, better quality race organizers and passionate enthusiasts, people are getting very inspired and enthusiastic about running and living a healthy lifestyle.

I notice though that most sports events are held on Sunday morning. I’m sure there are good reasons for this.

However, I usually reserve Sundays for family and church and I realize that I can’t joint a long 42K run, a duathlon or short triathlon without taking a good part of my Sunday. Even on a 21K run, I think I’d have to spend some time resting in the afternoon and can’t play with my kids or take my family to a mall.

Perhaps some events can be held on Saturdays too. That would give the participants time to physically recover on Sunday and not miss time with their families. In a way, we can help Filipinos balance sports and family life.

Just wondering. :) Happy running guys!
