I started running in 2010, and over the past 13 years, I've run multiple marathons and participated in hundreds of running events. Over the years, my mindset has evolved in profound ways, shaping not only my approach to running but also my perspective on life.
In essence, Intermittent Fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle through short periods of eating and prolonged periods of fasting. And the simple science behind it is depriving your body long enough so as to signal it to burn any excess, stored fat in your liver, and surrounding muscle tissue.
