2nd Trek the TEC is a vertical run in one of the most recognized building in Makati Central Business District. The Enterprise Center located at the crossroads of Dela Rosa St. , Paseo de Roxas and Ayala Avenue. Its 2 Towers combines to 90 floors or roughly 2,065 steps a runner should run up.

The ENT (Ears, Nose & Throat) Head and Neck Surgery Department of Makati Medical Center in partnership with Run4Change will hold Run Doctor Run this August 28, 2011 at Dasmariñas Village, Makati City at 5:30AM. They aim to promote the importance of ENT health and will raise funds for the neck and throat cancer charity patients of the department.
