Rex How sweet! It's my first 16Km race. I'm not even sure if prepared my body well for this. I even got a flu symptoms when I got to the race village. Well, of course, I ignored it. Maybe I can call it a bit of a "Flu Run" (let me borrow your airness). I went through it and observed my body response so I won't be drying-out towards the end. Kudos to all the runners and those who have completed the series (cool medal by the way). First 16Km done certainly not the last. I'll lie down more so I could recover and get rid of this flu.
