@ ruel101071 i support finisher shirt design post, pero pa reg ka na po 1 month kana wait sa fin shirt design, nakita ko worried ka na ksi nagkakatapusan na ang registration

  2. TO ALL: I participated in last year’s yakult event and just to give you a heads up & set your expectations, the size of the finisher’s shirt is large and standard to all category finishers, yakult bottle was handed out upon crossing the finish line and NO FINISHER’S MEDAL WAS GIVEN but it was worth it bec. for a 16k run 450. was already a cheap fee.

  3. registration is officially closed. just called up mizuno trinoma, megamall, and bgc. race kits has been pulled out from these branches

i was given the number of rudy biscocho. if you have any inquiries, you may want to contact them thru 727.9987

  4. Hi guys! For those who’d like to register, you can still contact the organizer on this number 727-99-87. Sir Rudy is very nice.. We went to their place in Greenhills yesterday and had ourselves registered. :)

  5. Hello,

Just registered here last week. Ganun ba talaga yung BIB? Yung BIB number ko may slash kasi originaly 5k siya, parang kinonvert ibang 5k bib number into 16k. Pati yung brown envelope may slash din haha! color red bib number which I think is 5k but naka slash siya and may naka sulat na 16k LOL!!

  6. @Craig:

    @batanggenyong bol-non runner:

  7. puede naman pala below P500 ang reg fee eh may singlet na at finisher shirt pa. ano kaya ang hydration dito? yakult rin?

  8. To those who still want to register, acdg to the Race Org, there will be onsite registration so pls come as early as 430AM on Sunday. All (3) distances available.

  10. Hi PF Runners!

Dormer po ako sa UP Diliman and naka-reg po ako sa 16k. wala po akong mga nahatak na mga kaibigan so mag-isa lang po akong pupunta ng CCP. Meron po ba sa inyo na pwede akong sumabay? hehe or Kung wala man, any info on how to commute from UP to CCP (wag lang taxi, haha). Salamat po! :)

hi there. from Philcoa, take a jeep going to Quiapo. take another jeep going pasay or baclaran and get down at Vito Cruz LRT station. may mga pedicabs dun that can take you to CCP pag wala pang shuttles na avail by 430-5am. be extra alert and careful. just bring the right cash.

if via FX naman, yung going Buendia Taft will do and get down Vito Cruz din tapos pedicab.

good luck and ingats. happy running!

  12. Let’s all pray for a nice weather this coming sunday..i’ve heard sa news na magiging maulan sa april 1..all the best sa lahat ng runners..

  13. CCP parking area has been known to be haven for carjackers… this will be my first Yakult run.. can anyone provide safe parking areas..?

not sure if that parking area with starbucks near CCP is open at 3-4am..

good luck to everyone and have fun even if there will be no medals in this race..

  14. Good luck sa inyo bukas. Have a safe and injury- free run. =)

Walang safe parking area pag along Roxas Boulevard. The best pa rin ang wag magdala ng valuables, or i padlock nyo yung bags sa cars. ^_^ April Fools Day pa naman bukas

    Ingat!

  15. I enjoyed the simplicity of this run.
Andito lahat ng bare basics of a running event.
    1. On time gunstart.
    2. Adequate hydration
    3. Sufficient and knowledgeable marshalls
    4. Efficient medics
    5. Exact race course distance

the only drawback i saw was the few number of portalets in the event, but over all, it was okay all the way.

the affordable registration made the lack of freebies a non-issue. for the price i shelled out i got a singlet , a bib with timing chip, and a finishers tee at the end of my 10 mile run. (plus 1 small bottle of their product) ok lang yakult, will see you next year!

  16. i just want to ask something,

    where is the certificate?

until now, i am still waiting for the announcement of it, but still there’s none. what happened about the certificate that they promised to all of us?

during the event, i was walking beside the stage after the run and i saw the said sales manager of yakult, he was wearing a red shirt and awarding the trophies to the winners.

a couple of minutes passed by and at last, i introduced myself to the said person and we had a little conversation asking about the certificate. he told me that “Oh yes! yes, actually you may get it on the technical area” and i said thanks.
the thing that i want to have a souvenir copy of the said certificate, i moved straight ahead to the technical and asked if they might give me one of the certificates as a runner of the said event, and they told me that there’s none.
and the officer that i had asked a while ago tell me for once again and said ” yes! there’s a certificate, ang usapan namin mayroon dapat but i don’t know kung bakit wala, maybe tomorrow or the other day for sure if there’s none.

    that’s it!

    still waiting…
    please answer this A.S.A.P.
    thanks!
