In association with Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Progressive Volleyball Center (PVC), Beach Volleyball Association (PBVA) and the Province of Aklan, the tournament is open to both recreational and competitive volleyball enthusiasts and will feature the Philippine Beach Volleyball Association (PBVA) National Championship
