Hi! Can you help us?

St.George Academic and Tutorial School is a preschool near tayuman, we would to seek for the help of this community, we would like to have a fun run for a cause. We would like to include a dental mission in the fun run. Our target date is on july 15.

All the proceeds of the upcoming activities will be given to the ff: charitable intitutions

I'm Jane Jacinto mom of a 5yrs old son named Thomas diagnosed with hyperactive disorder at the age of 3, mostly our community does'nt know about this kind of disorder, we are seeking help for you, the advocacy of the school is to help the children with learning disabilties, children sufferring for abuse physically and emotionally.

This fun run for a cause is one of our activities, we would also conduct seminars for mommy and daddy, an awareness program about ad/hd in cooperation with ad/hd society, and St. Teodora an Alternative School for Special Children.

Pls. Help us to be a part of this. we need organizers that will help us for free.

nako mahirap ata yan organizing a race for free . ksi you need to pay the marshals . or you can keep a little from the registration fees of each of the registrants for you to pay the marshals or the organizers .

pero sana may mag volunteer for free , that could be better . :)

Kung wala man pong organizers na free sana po for a minimal cost kasi po we want to help the charities.

1. Venue (accessible s krmihan, wlang bayad o kya mura lng, ung mga subok n venue rin sna.. S camp aguinaldo po mgnda pla mgptakbo ng mga gan2)
2. Distance (Usually pg run for a cause, short distance lng. ideal:5km)
3. Marshals (mgnda if volunteer ang makuha nyo.. Mrmi nmng runners ang willing lalo n pg for a cause ang event.. mkipgcoordinate lng kau mostly s mga running groups)
4. Reg fee (usually mura lng ang regstration. Mgnda kung ndi n xa ta2as s 200php or my minimum donation required tpos bhala n runner f ms mtaas dun ang ibgay
5. Date (mgnda f mapili nyong date is walang mksby n big event or ung mga event n inaabangan tlg)
6. Ads (pwdng pwd kau mgpromote n2ng event nyo d2 s pinoy fitness site mismo, or s fb page ng mga runners/ running groups, o kya s mga running bloggers)
7. Hydrations ( although pg run for a cause mgnda ung bring your own hydration; pero ok rin n my maprovide xempre kht water lng)
8. Sponsors (mgnda pong mkakuha kau ng sponsors pra s mga ibang kelngn xempre pra ung makukuha nyo sna from reg fee eh ndi gano maba2wasan ng expenses)

Hi mam,

Ang venue po sana e sa ust or sa feu para malapit lang po sa area namin,ang distance po ay 1k , 3k at 10k , sa reg fee naman po ang plan ko po para sa mga bata or students po ng school at other school na sasali ay 200 sa 3k naman po ay 400 at sa 10knaman po ay 600., the date is july 15 na po para sunday para mas maraming sasama. Kapag ganoon po bang month ms. Precious meron po bang big event? And ads po may kausap na po akong tv station, radio station at newspaper na mag ads nito, hydration naman po ang community po namin ay napapaligiran ng water refill stations im now seeking for help sa kanila..kahit tag 5 5gallons lang sana, im also asking help ng gatorade or poccari sweat. Marsmi pa pong akong ask ng sponsorship lalo na po para sa singlet at bag of freebies.

Maraming marami pong salamat ms. Precious.. Sana po meron magvolunter sa amin tumulong. Kasi marami po kaming batang meron special needs na kailngan masupporthan hndi lang po sa community namin pati po sa iba pang charitable institutions.

Kailan ko po yung sa system na macheck yung oras noong tun kasi po gusto rin namin magbgay sana ng price sa unang makakatapos sa bawat distance.

sa JULY 15 po may SPRINGBOARD RUN , mura lang 600 for 16k with medal kaya mahirap mkipag compitensya dito . most of the runners syempre mas pipiliin to ksi with medal pa . kung pwede mag add pa kayo ng freebies or something na mas pipiliin pa to ng mga runners

Actually po marami pong freebies ang inaayos ko na makuha para sa mga sasali sa aming event para naman po sulit ang kanilang binyad. Hndi lang po free singlet meron po kaming bags that contain freebies from different company.

san po ba ang venue ninyo ? at part na po ba ang RedCross sa run ninyo ? ksi pag hindi pa po , pwede po kami mag volunteer to open a booth , RedCross Adamson chapter , incase may injured runners ,
