offlineMemberi have a story to share,i fnd it annoying but funny at the same time...
i called up TAF and asked up to what time ang registration nila. the girl who answered told me from '12-8pm po mam' so i went to TAF galleria last night to register sana, but the girl there said the registration for that day was closed na because its 8:30 already! i checked my clock and it said 8:00pm. I thought my clock stopped for 30mins without me knowing it, but the second hand is moving! So i told the girl, its just 8pm po. Then she answered, 'no mam, the TAF clock said its 8:30'! so i asked her again, 'how come your time is 30mins advance, we are both living in the Philippines. we have the same time zone!" the girl said, TAF clock is 30 mins advance... oh well! I didnt argue more! I wont win, i know. I just wish the one who answered the phone, before i went there, told me that the reg time is only up to 7:30pm since they have their own time zone naman pala, advance ng 30mins ... Sayang ang effort ko kagabi,niragasa ko pa naman ang malakas na ulan just to get to TAF galleria. ill go to BGC na lang later to register!

offlineMemberdi talaga maganda yung reception ng mga taga TAF Galleria. Ang experience ko naman, magpaparagister ako sa Milo, may ireregister akong mga officemates. Tumawag ako ng 6pm sa kanila, asking kung meron na yung sizes. Available na daw, pinakiusapan ko pa yung taga TAF na ireserve yung 3pcs na yun kasi pang 4 na balik ko na at mga 730-8pm ako makakadating, umoo naman kasi may 20 pa daw. Dumating ako 7pm, nung nagtanong ako ang sabi wala na daw. Sinabi ko ngayon na nagpareserve ako, sabi wala na daw talaga at pasensya na lang daw. di na ako nakipagtalo, wala naman ako mapapala, ayun, nalaman ko na lang na closed na yung 5k, di ko na naregister mga kaofficemates ko. 3 silang hindi makakasama dahil dun.
Anyway, hindi pala violent reactions and complaints thread ito, hehe

ill be coming from Ortigas ext pa.i hope i wont be late. siguro alis na ako ng house 2:30am pa lang..

offlineMemberThis is going to be my 2nd time sa MOA. Wala naman ako masabi sa race route. Okei nga sya lalo na dun sa mga 10k runners. Kung pareho yung race course, aabot hangang Luneta yung 10k tapos pabalik ng MOA. Sa 21k naman after Luneta dideretso ng direction papuntang NAIA road bago MOA.

offlineMemberHI GUYS! I will be posting a new thread soon after we finalize somethings, Here's what it is about: Good news to those wishing to target a sub 2 finish or a 2:30:00 finish at 21km category!
We (TEAM ALPHA 1) would be performing pacer duties at Rexona Run on the 24th. We are divided into 2 groups and will cater to 21km runners. First group will be running at a maintained pace for a sub 2 hours finish (1:59:59) and the other group will be running at a maintained pace for a 2:30:00 finish time. This is your chance if you would like hit that new PR for a sub 2 or a 2:30 finish at Rexona!. Will be posting more about this.
KAYA SINO ANG SASABAYAN NIYO SA REXONA? HAHA! Team Alpha 1 na! Look for us, Boys in red and we will don bibs at our back for us to be easily spotted. And not sure yet for the balloons - so you can see as from a distance :P (hahaha!)
