perhaps its ok to do a back2back 21K if ur a Kenyan hehe. jst kiddin.
a lot of people do this but advisably, its not good coz ur body wont
be given the chance to rest and recover even if u have the strength,
stamina and endurance.
but if ur still up for it, jst take it easy and enjoy the run, no rushin!

I'll keep in mind your advices ka-peeps. we'll be going now to clark to RON (Rest overnight) in prep for tom's gun start. sana nga kayanin din ang 21K sa RU1 sa Sun.
SO HELP ME GOD!!!!

Positive thinking n lng, kaya nga ng mga BDM...

with God's grace, nakaraos din bro. medyo masakit lang kunti right calf me. got 1:57:xx way below in my PR for 21K kahit nag LSD lng me sa Clark. need more practice. hoping to rebound again with my next 21K run.

Congrats sir Runnox! Nice to pace with you specially ito na last race ko sa Pinas (sa ngayon) at naka sub 2 parin tayo despite sa mga negatives issues natin (kulang/over sa training, etc.) Mabuhay ang mga Mamaws!!!
