basta sana maliwanag :) last yr walang ilaw along kalayaan flyover e.. e malubak pa naman..
at knina ko lang naranasan madapa sa hump dahil madilim haha! buti di nainjure, puro gasgas lang, pero nabutas sapatos ko :_(
@runnerstoe mejo may slight mods bossing... yung sa may 1stkm instead na mag u-turn derecho..tapos parang mas mahaba yung stretch nung sa may papuntang lawton ave..?(oh no) pero i guess same amount of uphills and stretches, slight shifts lang sa distance :)
I'm one of the PR hunters. sana maconquer ko na inaasam na sub 1:50. sino kaya pwede magpace jan? bka naman kc mas mabilis masyado si @limitEDrunner. hehehhee
sir, hindi naman po ako masyado mabilis...but kung 1:50 po ang target mo is pwede po kita masamahan... kung papalarin na makakuha pa ng slot sa bullrun...at kahit naman po wala kang pacer kung alam mo yung mga previous time mo at continuous ang training mo po is mapepredict mo yung time mo...see chart below very accurate po ito and proven... :-)

malapit-lapit ka na nga po imsure come on raceday makukuha mo po yung 1:50 mo... :-)
patient is virtue ika nga nila... kung ang strategy mo is even split is maintain mo lang yung tinakbo mo last run for change which is 49mins for 10K.
but kung negative split naman gagawin mo is target mo po is 55mins for 10k then sa second split mo ibibigay yung naka reserve mong lakas.. :-)
but most efficient sa lahat is EVEN SPLIT... goodluck po... kaya mo po yan... :-)
I suppose - PF peeps na tatakbo s Bull run mag-coconverge sa tapat ng PF booth .. yey!!!! (at sana lahat naka PF shirt after the run para hapee hapee family !!!!)
haven't started training yet.. omigosh.. such a lazy runner..
