hello Lems,
great going for u guys down there in the south! wohoo! while you were
busy running, we your counterparts up in the north, were also busy --
carbo loading! haha! thats how we diverted our frustration due to postponed
events this weekend.
is that Deeks I see in the pic?

Yeah that's Deeks in the picture. We had a little dinner after the run. Not really much of a carbo loading but it was great. Falcon may have postponed the events but still you were able to put up a great gathering for runners. See you soon!

do u have a runfest album compilation out there
featuring PF peeps? kc aside from you, Dot, Cesium
and joeyboy, there is also another group of same
