by GOD's grace nakasubok at nakatapos na rin ng dalawa sa larangang ito una noong july 31, 2011 milo elimination at itong huli dec. 04, 2011 3rd QCIM... at kung ipapahintulot muli ay susubok ulit sa 2012 milo qualifying dito sa manila... kita-kit's peeps... :-)

hopefully one day magkita-kita naman tayo kahit sa isang low slow distance run lang...
and imsure magkikita-kita tayong lahat sa july milo elimination... exciting yun for sure... :-)

I haven't tried full marathon but this year i will! :) medyo undergoing pa ko sa endurance training

You can do it pre! ganyan naman lahat may mga apprehensions before running FM. Once natry na, maging sisiw na lang sa susunod. let us run then sa milo elims.
