I just wonder if Sports and Energy Drinks is really healthy to drink when we are running or to any kind of sports? I'd just read a clinical report about this issue if Energy Drinks are appropriate for kids and adolescents. Some of you will not bite this, but please, read the clinical report and nothing will loose. I hope that this will be helpful to all runners.
