I went to Runnr BHS the other day and decided to take their feet gait analysis test because i'm planning to buy a new pair of running shoes next week. I was quite disappointed when I found out that I actually have flat feet and tend to over-pronate a lot when I run (as shown in the treadmill test)
For someone who has recently embraced running, it's quite frustrating since flat feet runners are at high risk for injuries. I have a dream of finishing a marathon someday and I do hope this flaw won't prevent me from attaining that dream and of course, from running.
I'm currently using NB Abzorb 413 and so far, I'm satisfied with the cushioning support its giving me on my runs. But it's wearing off na and I need a pair of kicks for my future runs.
Any more suggestions on what pair works best on flat feet and over-pronators like me?
How about effective running tips for runners with flat feet?
Thanks very much guys! :)
