even si Coach Rio, he advises newbie runners to start and train one distance at
a time. very advisable is the 3K - 5K - 10K - 15K - 21K and so forth, level up
to avoid risky injuries most especially. i have a friend who overtrained and is
injured right now, cant run for a few months.
but if you've already signed up for the 16.8K distance, coming from 5K, wishing
you lotsa luck and injury free training days. always remember, dont push yourself
too much and to train smart! hindi naman tau mauubusan ng race events eh, we have
to listen to our body on how much it can only produce...
