Niah at the Color Run Philippines for UNICEF

Some of us registered for the color powder, most of us joined for unicorn medal, but sometimes running is not always about the fun or the freebies, but an opportunity to help others who are in need.

If you missed the 500m dash at the Color Run Philippines for UNICEF last September 3, 2017, then we invite you to watch this short clip above.

Niah and the other kids are the ones you helped by joining the race. For those who’s not familiar with UNICEF.

UNICEF is an agency of the United Nations devoted to serving the world’s children. UNICEF began providing assistance to the Philippines in November 1948. Since then, UNICEF and the Philippine government have been partners in protecting Filipino children.

We estimated more than 10,000 runners came out today to support the race! UNICEF Philippines and UNICEF ambassador Anne Curtis would like to thank everyone who joined and supported this run for a cause.
