The Manila Great Run Duo Road Race is a unique and exciting running competition, consisting of two legs: a 10k run followed by a 5k run, with a conditioning recovery break in between. A 5k and 3k categories are also organized for non-competing runners.

MGRDRR is organized for the benefit of the pediatric cancer patients and select high school scholars in Manila.

The recovery break will help you prepare for your performance in the last part of the race. Length of recovery break will depend on how fast you will finish the 10k. Gun start for team and individual competitions is at 5am. Gun start for the last 5k is at 7am.

  58. GroundUpEvents hmmm.. so if you finish the 10k under an hour that would be about 6am then you’ll be waiting for about an hour for the 7am gunstart for the 5k. that’s too long if you’re running solo. you’ve already cooled down and need to warm up again.

  76. hello organizer, paki check naman po yung mizuno trinoma, hindi nila alam yung size ng short, ang alam lang nila yung size ng singlet, and take note po, ang sabi nila, pag yung size ng singlet mo ay LARGE, ang size din ng short mo ay LARGE din, parang may mali ata, kasi po may sizes po yung short ng pambabae.   96. eravisau You should have chosen credit card payment in the options. If you want to proceed with bank transfer payment, just get the bank account details in the registration site and deposit your payment. Our bank is BDO. If you want to do credit card payment instead, just ignore your last registration and make a new one and make sure you choose credit card payment.
