Registration Fee:
P500 for all Categories

– Inclusions: bib and dri-fit running shirt
– All finishers will receive a finisher’s medal and a chance to win raffle prizes.

Registration Venues:

1. Online Registration
– Download and fill-up registration form. – Click Here
– Pay the registration fee (P500.00) at any of the following banks:

– Write down your name in the deposit slip.
– Scan the deposit slip, and together with the registration form, send via email to the following email address: [email protected].
– You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration and payment.
– Race kit pick-up will be on February 19-20, 2016, 9am-4pm, at the PICC lobby. Look for the 1st PAFP Family Wellness Fun Run Booth. Please bring a copy of the confirmation email.
– Deadline of online registration will be on February 14, 2016. However, because of the limited slots, registration may close earlier if all slots are already taken.

2. Manual Registration
– Go to the PAFP Main Office (2nd Floor, PAFP Building, 2244 Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila), Monday to Friday, during office hours.
– Fill up a registration form and submit to the secretariat.
– Pay the registration fee (P500.00).
– You will be given a claim stub as proof of your registration and payment.
– Race kit pick-up will be on February 19-20, 2016, 9am-5pm, at the PICC lobby. Look for the 1st PAFP Family Wellness Fun Run Booth. Please bring the claim stub to claim your race kit.
– Deadline of manual registration will be on February 17, 2016. However, because of the limited slots, registration may close earlier if all slots are already taken.
