  1. This is great,also Nike Coach have a good training plan for 21k intermediate runners wich definitely can help to get you PB, I did that!

  2. Howard masyado naman exhagerated ang 2-3kms. Diff, and yes “we” believe na accurate ang Nike run app. Because professional athletes does use it too and pag tumatakbo ko Im also using a GARMIN Foreathlete 220J and theres not much difference thru time and distance. Last April I ran NatGeo 42k Marathon jan sa pinas, my official time ng natgeo and Nike’s at Garmin’s doesn’t had much difference, so personally I recommend the app bro!
